Individual artworks explore the intersection of rigid technologies and delicate, fluid behaviors; designed to mimic nature, the organisms in New Nature demonstrate lifelike behaviors in alien, yet strangely familiar forms.

They also react to sensory inputs from their audience — touch, approach, transit, signaled via designated iOS and Android mobile app and Kinect and Leap Motion sensors — and respond with an intelligent playfulness.

Powered by audience interaction and machine learning technologies, complex behaviors emerge and compose an immersive series of environments in perpetual motion and flux.

New Nature is an ongoing series and encompasses multiple individual pieces created by the studio.
